I. Background of the Event

At present, scientific and technological innovation is entering a new stage defined by "cross-disciplinary integration shaping the future." The linear development of single disciplines is no longer sufficient to meet the breakthrough demands of future science, and cross-domain collaboration has become the core approach to opening up new blueprints for scientific research. The Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Implementation of the "Artificial Intelligence+" Initiative (State Council Document [2025] No. 11) emphasizes the need to accelerate the exploration of new AI-driven research paradigms, strengthen the interdisciplinary traction and driving role of artificial intelligence, and promote the integration and development of multiple disciplines.

However, a large number of AI-driven, future-oriented, cross-disciplinary research achievements are underestimated due to the lack of dedicated showcase platforms, while the collaboration chains among research forces in different fields remain unconnected, and the transformation channels for forward-looking achievements urgently need to be activated.

As a professional platform specializing in scientific research services for many years, AiScholar has brought together diverse groups such as universities, research institutions, and new types of R&D organizations. In response to the era’s demands for "interdisciplinary innovation-driven development," breaking down disciplinary barriers, advocating "AI+", and exploring the potential value of cross-domain research, AiScholar is launching the "AiScholar · AI+ Innovation Youth Scientist Award" selection event. This initiative aims to ensure every cross-disciplinary exploration is recognized, and every instance of AI-driven innovation is made visible.

II. Purpose of the Event

1. Discovering Cross-Domain Innovative Achievements: We focus on AI-driven interdisciplinary and cross-domain research outcomes, and encourage individuals and teams that have made breakthroughs in the integration of disciplines, highlighting the research value of cross-border collaboration.  

2. Establishing a Cross-Domain Collaboration Ecosystem: We unblock the full chain from "basic research—cross-domain key research—future applications," facilitate deep collisions across various fields, and build a new research path featuring "resource sharing and collaborative innovation."  

3. Stimulating Diverse Innovation Vitality: Through authoritative recognition and resource support, we encourage university teachers, researchers, and other academic scholars to participate in cross-disciplinary research, creating an "unbounded innovation" research atmosphere.  

4. Expanding the Platform’s Social Influence: We use the event as a link to strengthen AiScholar's position as a "connector in the research field" and the philosophy of "AI-powered scientific research," thus enhancing the platform’s brand and credibility in the academic and social communities, and contributing to upgrading the research ecosystem.  

5. Identifying Emerging Researchers: We provide a platform for male scholars under 40 and female scholars under 45 to showcase their academic achievements and research strengths, thus helping universities, research institutes, and new R&D organizations to discover and nurture outstanding research talent.
