Registration Notes

• This page is for attendee registration only; paper submission is not accepted here. To publish an academic paper, please submit via the "Call for Papers" section of the "Conference Forum".

• Once a paper is accepted and registered, one free attendee pass is included. You may register for the respective "International Academic Conference" using your paper order number. Oral presentations and poster sessions are welcome.

• Registration immediately reserves conference materials, souvenirs, and attendee slots. If an order is cancelled for reasons attributable to the attendee, a 15% service fee will be deducted.

• If you are unable to attend after December 11 for reasons attributable to yourself, no refund will be issued. You are advised to transfer your pass and inform the order follow-up secretary of the situation.

• Official VAT invoices (fapiao) will be issued for all of the above fees.
