Professor senior engineer, Deputy Secretary of Guizhou Electric Machinery Engineering Society, Executive Director of DC distribution network sub-committee of IEEE DC Power System Technical Committee, Deputy General Manager of Electric Power Research Institute of Guizhou Power Grid Co., Ltd.. Engaged in information technology, power system, automation, DC distribution system, intelligent distribution key technology, power demand response, electrical characteristics identification and other aspects of the work and research. He has presided over three major Southern Power Grid science and technology projects, and a number of information systems and electric power dispatching automation system research and development. He has obtained 4 science and technology awards at the provincial and ministerial level, and 7 other science and Technology Awards and innovation achievements. He edited 3 textbooks, published more than 30 papers, and granted more than 30 patents.
