Feng Shan 

Ph.D., Deputy Chief Planner of the Chinese Society for Urban Science, Executive Deputy Director of the Digital City Engineering Research Center (in charge of work), concurrently a member of the ISO TC268 Smart City Infrastructure Subcommittee, and the Chairman of the IEEE PES Smart Park Subcommittee. Participated in the preparation of more than ten international standards and national standards related to smart cities; successively participated in and presided over the national science and technology support plan project smart city special project, the Ministry of Science and Technology key special smart city refers to the key technology research of smart city certification index construction and evaluation, independent, controllable and high-precision CIM’s CIM open application integration platform development and application demonstration and other major scientific research projects; published more than ten papers and monographs; presided over and participated in more than 50 various engineering projects such as urban master planning, strategic planning, urban design, etc.; Ministry-level excellent urban planning and design award, won the provincial and ministerial-level science and technology progress award once, and won the 2020 China Smart City Leader.
