He has worked in Emerson Network Power Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Sinexcel Electric Co., Ltd. successively. He has more than 10 years of work experience in the energy storage industry. He is the founder of the company's energy storage converter, microgrid converter, and photovoltaic inverter. Developed a number of national 863 energy storage converter projects, key technology research projects of microgrid with distributed power, and off-grid island microgrid projects. He has rich theoretical and practical experience in power conversion and control technology of microgrid system, AC and DC microgrid system solutions, etc. At present, he is committed to the research, promotion and management of large-scale energy storage system applications and integrated solutions for distributed microgrid systems, and leads the team to promote the development of the new energy industry with technological innovation.
