Chun Cui 

Professor Chun Cui is a doctoral tutor in the School of Food and Engineering of South China University of Technology, Chief Scientist in BOUNTIFOOD PTE. LTD.(2019-2021), Senior Scientific Advisor in Sophie's Bionutrients PTE. LTD. (2020-2021). He is mainly engaged in the research of food biotechnology and food flavor research, has presided 2 sub-projects of national 863 project, 3sub-projects  of national key research and development project, and nearly 40 other provincial and ministerial-level and enterprise horizontal projects. With strong industrialization experience, scientific and technological achievements has achieved transformation in many domestic and foreign large and medium-sized foods enterprise and  participated in provincial identification results 4 items and the formulation of national industry standard 1 item. Scientific and technological achievement won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2009 and 2013, and the second prize of the scientific and technological progress of Guangdong Province Award in 2013, the first prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Award in 2012, and the National Patent Excellence Award in 2011. Additionally, he has published more than 200 high-level papers in domestic and foreign journals, of which more than 100 papers have been collected by SCI (EI), edited 1 scientific research book, participated in the compilation of 2 textbooks, applied 140 national invention patents, of which 85 patents have been authorized.
